Bob Pohlman

Founder & President

As founder of High Demand Development Bob has brought together the best and brightest from every industry to help all cannabis related businesses grow and succeed. Prior to HDD, Bob was consulting with Fortune 500 Multi-site companies focusing on real estate development and construction. The scope of these accounts included managing site identification, entitlements, design and engineering, local zoning and permitting approval as well as construction from estimating through project completion. At any one time Bob was managing 50 sites in 4 different states in over 20 local jurisdictions. Bob believes in working with the best people.

Rafal Bulatewicz

Vice President Operations

Rafal attended Rochester Institute of Technology where he received a degree in Mechanical Engineering. For over a decade, Rafal has worked on some the nation’s largest transportation projects in both New York City and Downtown Los Angeles while also running his own design company. Rafal specializes in space design and efficiency. Rafal works directly with our clients to make their conceptual ideas become a reality. Beyond direct client interface, Rafal manages many of the client services HDD provides including surveying, design, and engineering.

Brad Vlassich

Vice President Business Development

A graduate of Indiana University, Brad received his degree in Mathematics. He has used this knowledge and experience to help a number of startup companies grow sales exponentially. Brad's vast experience in sales, business development, marketing, client relations and supply chain management makes him invaluable to HDD and more importantly to our clients. Brad is by your side to help market your products, expand your sales, and grow your brand.

Adam Bulatewicz

Vice President Finance

Originally from New York, Adam spent years working in New York City for large accounting and investment firms. His vast experience in accounting and finance is utilized on a daily basis to provide HDD’s clients the best knowledge and advice when it comes to making strategic decisions for their companies. Thanks to Adam's expertise with business plans and projections, he has been able to secure millions of dollars for clients in need of startup funding.

Ian Moy

Director of Logistics/Cultivation Operations

Ian brings over a decade of experience in logistics, manufacturing, commodity trading and relationship management to the HDD team. Prior to HDD, Ian served in Executive roles in both the logistics and manufacturing industries. Beyond his extensive business acumen, Ian brings a broad spectrum of experience in commercial cannabis cultivation to HDD. This diverse background allows Ian to aid clients in many areas including cultivation analysis, supply chain management and business to business connections. Additionally, Ian serves as President of Medicinal Bridge - a cannabis focused blockchain company.
